We guide you through each part of the process, so you aren't left to your own devices when it comes to figuring out etiquette, wording, paper types, timelines, postage, and more. We'll work closely to design an heirloom-quality wedding suite that showcases your personality and perfectly reflects your wedding day to come. We love taking the designs we've already established and carrying them into day-of paper to complete your wedding day design. We handle all of the last minute designing and curating so all that's left for you to do in the weeks leading up to your wedding is sit back, relax, and take it all in. No last minute scrambling for you!

Day-of offerings include but are not limited to: Programs, menus, seating charts, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, bar signage and additional details, as well as other personalized goods such as cocktail napkins, shatterproof cups, koozies, stir sticks, and more.

You have the vision - and you're wanting to find someone to bring it to life. We'd love to get to know you! Once you send an inquiry, we’ll set up a consultation call to chat about your vision, and the little details that will make your invitations uniquely yours. Here, we are detail-obsessed and want to know all about your wedding dreams. We’ll go over print methods, paper options, embellishments, and all the special touches available to bring your suite to life, as well as what you can expect when working with a full-service stationer.

proposal & booking

After our consultation, we’ll put together a custom proposal tailored to your needs. Every suite is unique, so your investment will depend on factors like print method, materials, quantity, and finishing details. Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed contract and paid deposit officially reserve your spot!

design phase

This is the FUN part! We'll send you two questionnaires so we can gather all of the information needed to begin your custom design. You'll receive high quality proofs of your designs, and we'll go back and forth with proofs and revisions until you are completely smitten with what we've created.

production

Once you approve the final design, production begins! This stage can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks, given the intricacy of your invitation suites. We work with trusted, industry-leading print studios and suppliers, ensuring that every detail; from letterpress impressions to delicate laser cutting, is flawlessly executed.

assembly & delivery

We are a full-service business, which means that we handle every last detail - assembly, postage, and mailing, so that all that there is for you to do is sit back, relax, and wait for texts to roll in from your guests once they receive your beautiful, one-of-a-kind invitation suite. All of our couples are gifted a customized heirloom velvet box, complete with two full suites for your photographer to capture on wedding day, and for you and your family to cherish for years to come. Every step is thoughtfully taken care of, so you can simply enjoy the season that you're in.
